Privacy

The short version

This website has no database, no login, no analytics and no advertising trackers. It is a set of static files. Nothing you do here is recorded by the clinic.

The enquiry form

The enquiry form does not send anything to a server. When you press the button, your browser assembles what you typed into a message and opens WhatsApp, or your own email program, with that message ready. Nothing leaves your device until you press send yourself, in that app.

Once you do send it, the message is handled by WhatsApp or by your email provider under their own privacy terms, and it reaches the clinic on the number or address shown on this site.

What is stored on your device

One item: your light or dark appearance preference, kept in your browser's local storage if you use the toggle in the footer. It never leaves your device and it is not a cookie used for tracking. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Links away from this site

Booking goes to Practo, directions go to Google Maps, and messaging goes to WhatsApp. Those are separate companies with their own privacy policies, and this site has no visibility into what happens once you arrive there.

Hosting

The site is served as static files from a content delivery network. Standard server request logs may exist at the hosting layer, as they do for any website; the clinic does not read them and does not use them to identify anyone.

Your medical records

Anything you tell the doctors in the consulting room is clinical record-keeping, governed by medical confidentiality, and has nothing to do with this website.
